Prepare the Meat Mixture In a bowl, combine all ingredients except butter.

Mix Mix the ingredients thoroughly by hand until the spice blend is fully integrated and the mixture is uniform.

Shape the Logs With wet hands, spread the mixture onto parchment paper and roll it tightly into a log shape.

Bake Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.

Broil and Finish Remove the rolls from the oven and drain any liquids. Unwrap the meat and place it flat on a tray. Brush the top with butter and broil for up to 5 minutes until lightly charred. Slice thinly before serving.
