Brown Onions Fry onions in oil until brown.

Sauté Aromatics Lower the temperature, add minced ginger and garlic; fry for a few minutes.

Add Tomatoes Stir in the chopped tomatoes and turn the temperature up.

Bloom Spices Add 60 ml water and the spice mix. Stir well and fry for a few minutes.

Cook Paste Add the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes to cook out the raw flavor.

Brown Meat Add the lamb mince to the pan and fry until the meat is browned.

Simmer Add another 60 ml of water, cover the pan, and cook for 40 minutes on low heat.

Add Peas Add the frozen peas and cook for 10 minutes.
